【緬甸政變】聯合國人權理事會要求釋放翁山蘇姬　中俄「與該共識無關」

聯合國人權理事會日內瓦論壇（Geneva forum）12日決議，要求緬甸釋放翁山蘇姬（Aung San Suu Kyi）和其他官員。

該項決議案由英國與歐盟所提起，身為人權理事會47個成員國的中國、俄羅斯稱與這項決議「無關」。

緬甸軍方以2020年11月大選「舞弊」為由發動政變，國務資政、實質領導人翁山蘇姬，緬甸總統溫敏（Win Myint）等人1日被捕，由陸軍總司令敏昂來（Min Aung Hlaing）接掌國家大權，宣布進入緊急狀態一年，稱要「重辦選舉」。

自政變以來，緬甸多個城市抗議不斷，9日首都奈比都一名女性腦部中彈腦死。《路透》報導，至今有350人被捕，3人中槍並在治療中。

聯合國特別報告員安德魯斯（Tom Andrews）表示，敦促聯合國人權理事特別會議採取行動，「國際社會必須拒絕承認這一非法政權、祭出經濟制裁、禁運武器和提出訴訟」。
