美股史上最慘黑色平安夜　道瓊重挫653點標普500瀕熊市

美股迎來史上最慘平安夜紀錄。（美聯社）

美國股市24日重挫，三大指數皆慘跌，創下史上最糟平安夜紀錄。

道瓊工業指數大跌653.17點，跌幅2.91%，收在21792.20點。標準普爾500指數（S&P 500）瀕臨熊市（空頭市場）下跌65.52點，跌幅2.71%，收在2017年4月以來最低的2351.10點。納斯達克指數在21日就已步入熊市，24日下跌140.07點，跌幅2.21%，收在6192.92點。

12月通常是股市上漲的月份，而且會有所謂「耶誕行情」。不過月初以來，道瓊與S&P 500大跌逾14%，可能創下自1931年大蕭條以來最慘的12月表現。根據《華爾街日報》，道瓊改寫1918年紀錄，創百年來最糟平安夜表現。

美國股市24日因為耶誕節關係，提前於台北時間凌晨2時收市。

財政部長喊話也無效

美國聯準會（Fed）19日不顧總統川普（Donald Trump）升息一碼，為2018年第四度升息。對此，川普表達不滿，更有報導指出聯準會主席鮑爾（Jerome Powell）可能遭到開除。

報導點出，此一行動將創傷美國金融體系的信心。因此，美國財政部長努慶（Steven Mnuchin）針對此一傳言在推特上澄清並無此事，而且川普也無權讓鮑威爾下台。

努慶為了安撫這些報導所引發的緊張，23日表示已致電全美6家大型銀行執行長，確保提供給消費者與企業的流動性充裕。

不過，川普24日上午於推特上再度開轟，直指聯準會要為慘澹的股市負責。他提到，「美國經濟上唯一的問題就是聯準會，他們對市場無感，不懂貿易戰的必要，或是美元有多強勁，甚至民主黨因為邊界問題而導致政府關門。」以高爾夫球形容聯準會，因為敲不進洞而無法得分。
