美眾院議長指示起草彈劾川普條款　最快12日表決

美國國會眾議院議長裴洛西（Nancy Pelosi）5日宣布，指示眾議院司法委員會起草彈劾美國總統川普（Donald Trump）的條款。

《路透》（Reuters）引述2名對彈劾程序知情的人士稱，司法委員會可能最快12日表決。

裴洛西5日稱，川普濫用總統職權，認為「總統的行為已經嚴重違反憲法」，稱「川普讓我們別無選擇，只能行動。」得知消息後，川普反在推特（Twitter）上挑釁說，「如果你們要彈劾我，就現在快一點，之後在參議院會有公正的審理，然後我們的國家可以恢復正常運作。」

美國眾議院情報委員會3日公布總統川普的彈劾調查報告，指出他企圖讓外國勢力介入2020總統大選，更指控他阻礙國會的調查程序。

外界估計民主黨會在耶誕節休假前舉行全院投票。如果全院通過彈劾條款，川普將正式成為美國歷史上第3位被彈劾的總統。屆時彈劾程序將會移至參議院，不過由於目前參議院由共和黨控制，彈劾議案可能最終不會成功。
