美眾院7天內表決彈劾案　川普推特狂轟「流氓領導眾議院」

美國眾議院司法委員會13日通過針對美國總統川普（Donald Trump）包含「濫用職權」施壓烏克蘭以調查民主黨競爭對手（Joe Biden）父子、「妨礙美國國會」的兩項彈劾條款，該案眾議院預計20日以前全院將對此進行投票表決。

川普競選團隊在推特砲轟民主黨人「沒辦法接受2016年的選舉結果」才發動彈劾。

川普稱任內成績佳　「瘋了才想要彈劾」

川普本人則將狂發多篇推特，表示眾院議長裴洛西（Nancy Pelosi）在採訪中承認早在「兩年半以前」就想彈劾他，比烏克蘭門還要更早，一切都是「一事無成的民主黨人」（Do Nothing Democrats）的「彈劾騙局」（Impeachment Hoax）！

Poll numbers have gone through the roof in favor of No Impeachment, especially with Swing States and Independents in Swing States. People have figured out that the Democrats have no case, it is a total Hoax. Even Pelosi admitted yesterday that she began this scam 2 1/2 years ago!

川普將民主黨形容成「美國夢」；「一事無成的民主黨人」則充滿「謊言、欺騙、仇恨」，「流氓領導眾議院」，「對美國來說真是壞透了」。

川普本人聲稱：「我沒有做任何錯事。不僅經濟表現良好、重整軍隊、擴大退伍軍人的服務（V.A.）、減稅，還製造許多就業機會等等，瘋了才想要彈劾！」

成第三位被彈劾審判的美國總統

若眾議院投票半數通過彈劾川普後，將會送交參議院。要達到三分之二的參議員投票贊成，川普才會去職，並由副總統彭斯（Mike Pence）即位。

第一關的眾議院是由民主黨人占多數，其通過機率較高；然而，第二關的參議院則是共和黨擁有人數優勢，預計彈劾案將在此宣布失敗。

若眾議院通過彈劾，川普將成為美國史上第三位面臨彈劾審判的總統，前兩位則是前總統約翰遜（Andrew Johnson）以及柯林頓（Bill Clinton）。涉水門案前總統尼克森（Richard Nixon）則是在彈劾定罪以前就請辭總統之位。
